用乳蛾解毒合剂治疗小儿扁桃体炎１００例，痊愈率为６９％，总有效率为９３％，与银黄口服液对照组３０例比较，有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），说明乳蛾解毒合剂在痊愈率及总有效率方面明显优于银黄口服液。乳蛾解毒合剂对小儿扁桃体炎有良好的退热、止痛、消肿、消除脓点及渗出物的作用，临床未见明显毒副作用。
