随着中国旅游事业的腾飞,酒店,旅行社等相关产业也得到了蓬勃的发展。进入90年代后,饭店业与旅游业之间已由80年代初期的供不应求逐渐向供过于求转变。酒店的客房出租率下降,众多旅行业之间无序竞争。与此同时,随着Internet的延伸及网上经营,销售技术日趋完善,传统旅行社的简单中介作用日渐减少,经营难度增加。旅游市场互联网的应运而生恰巧满足了这些要求。
With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, related industries such as hotels and travel agencies have also been booming. Into the 90’s, the hotel industry and tourism have been gradually oversupplied by the supply of demand in the early 1980s. Hotel occupancy rate dropped, many travel industry disorderly competition. At the same time, with the extension of the Internet and the operation of the Internet, the sales technology is becoming more and more perfect. The simple intermediary function of traditional travel agencies is diminishing day by day, and the operation difficulty is increased. The emergence of the Internet in the travel market happened to satisfy these demands.
