患者男性,50岁、门诊号14-2-13-2510。因右膝关节酸痛3年余,于1982年11月10日,上午7时服二两闹羊花根煮鸡蛋煎汁(约20g),至8时许突感头晕、恶心、呕吐伴上腹疼痛;并胸闷、出汗、口吐泡沫而跌倒在地,被送至本院急诊。患者以往体健,无心脏病史,平时心率在70次/分左右。体检:神志清楚,面色苍白,体温36.5℃,血压70/50mmHg,呼吸平稳,两肺无殊,心音低钝,心率56次/分,律齐。腹软,肝肋下1cm,质软,脾未及。四肢和神经系统无异常。心电图示显著窦性心动过缓(心率45次/分),偶见室性早搏,Q-T 间期延长为0.52秒(正常最高值0.46秒)。
Male patient, 50 years old, outpatient number 14-2-13-2510. Due to right knee pain more than 3 years, on November 10, 1982, at 7:00 am served two or two Aristolochia root boiled egg fried juice (about 20g), to 8 am suddenly felt dizziness, nausea, vomiting with upper abdomen Pain; and chest tightness, sweating, vomiting bubble and fall to the ground, was sent to our hospital emergency room. In the past, patients with healthy, no history of heart disease, heart rate usually 70 beats / min or so. Physical examination: Conscious, pale, body temperature 36.5 ℃, blood pressure 70 / 50mmHg, stable breathing, two lungs without special, low heart sound blunt, heart rate 56 beats / min, law Qi. Abdomen soft, liver ribs 1cm, soft, spleen yet. No abnormalities in limbs and nervous system. ECG significant sinus bradycardia (heart rate 45 beats / min), occasionally premature ventricular contractions, Q-T interval was extended to 0.52 seconds (normal maximum 0.46 seconds).
