快中子注量与植株死亡率间的关系可用Ⅱ型S曲线回归模式表示。在对辐射育种有重要价值的区间(成活率90—10%),注量与生理损伤效应(成活率、株高、千粒重占对照的百分数)间呈强负相关。生理损伤效应间呈强正相关。上述各效应间的关系可用对数或指数函数回归模式表示,但由于曲率很小,亦可作直线回归处理。注量与突变率间、生理损伤效应与突变率间均可用二次抛物线回归模式表示。这种模式的利用,对于预测突变率的相对大小、缩减工作量、指导辐射育种有一定意义。
The relationship between fast neutron fluence and plant mortality can be expressed in a type II S-curve regression model. There was a strong negative correlation between fluence and physiological damage effects (survival rate, plant height, percentage of 1000-kernel weight control) in areas of great value to radiation breeding (90-10% survival rate). There was a strong positive correlation between physiological damage effects. The relationship between the above effects can be logarithmic or exponential regression model, but because of the curvature is small, can also be used for linear regression. Between the fluence and the mutation rate, both the physiological damage effect and the mutation rate can be expressed by the quadratic parabola regression model. The utilization of this model has certain significance for predicting the relative size of the mutation rate, reducing the workload and guiding radiation breeding.
