我院1978年6月～1981年5月共收治左房粘液瘤5例,其中3例进行了手术切除。关于超声心动图对心脏粘液瘤的诊断准确性已得到不少作者的证实和肯定,本文主要对其临床表现作一分析和讨论,以期进一步提高对左房粘液瘤的诊断水平。
Our hospital from June 1978 to May 1981 were treated 5 cases of left atrial myxoma, of which 3 cases were surgically removed. The diagnostic accuracy of echocardiography for cardiac myxoma has been confirmed and affirmed by many authors. This article mainly analyzes and discusses its clinical manifestations in order to further improve the diagnosis of left atrial myxoma.
