病历摘要患者女,43岁。2天前吃新腌制咸菜和青菜后自觉腹胀,恶心,低热(体温37.6℃)和头痛,但无畏寒、鼻塞、咽痛和咳嗽。门诊按上呼吸道感染治疗无效。因双下肢麻木疼痛1天,双侧指、趾紫绀4小时,疑为肠原性青紫病和上感于1988年8月27日住院。否认外伤感染史。除有青霉素过敏外,无特殊病史。月经正常。入院时体检:体温36.8℃,脉搏94次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压15.4/9.8kPa。肥胖体
