本文较系统地研究了在钢制炉膛内以BCl_3+H_2为主的气体渗硼规律,优选出用少量BCl_3仍可获得高质量渗硼层的气体渗硼工艺,并直接获得单相Fe_2B渗层。
In this paper, we systematically studied the rule of boron infiltration with BCl 3 + H 2 in the steel furnace, and we also found that the gas boriding process can obtain the high quality boronizing layer with a small amount of BCl 3, and the single-phase Fe 2 B permeation .
