经国务院批准,现对部分资源综合利用产品有关增值税问题通知如下: —、对企业生产的原料中掺有不少于30％的煤矸石、石煤、粉煤灰、烧煤锅炉的炉底渣(不包括高炉水渣)的建材产品,在1995年底以前免征增值税。
With the approval of the State Council, we hereby notify the relevant value-added tax issues regarding the comprehensive utilization of some resources as follows: - The raw materials of the enterprise are mixed with not less than 30% gangue, stone coal, fly ash, hearth of coal-fired boilers Slag (excluding blast furnace slag) building materials products, by the end of 1995 exempt from value-added tax.
