重唇综合征是以唇部肿胀、眼睑水肿和非毒性甲状腺肿为症状的综合征,也称甲状腺肿和双唇综合征、眼睑松弛综合征。临床较少见,我们共治疗7例。 1 典型病例 王某,男,20岁。上、下唇及眼睑肿胀10年,10岁时上唇出现肿胀,随后下唇、眼睑肿胀,以后反复发作呈持续性肿胀。检查:上、下唇粘膜在中线两侧松垂外翻,表面干燥、结痂、皲裂。触之较韧;双眼睑皮肤松弛变薄,面部皮肤有散在的斑点。甲状腺稍肿大。实验室检查:血、尿
Heavy-lipped syndrome is a syndrome characterized by swelling of the lips, eyelid edema and non-toxic goiter, also known as goiter and lip syndrome, eyelid relaxation syndrome. Clinical less common, we treated a total of 7 cases. A typical case of Wang, male, 20 years old.
