2014年,上海被国务院安委会列为8个开展全面深化安全生产领域改革试点的省市之一。一年多来,上海围绕重点管控、隐患治理、行政审批、法规标准、监管机制、责任体系等方面,大力推进“加强危险化学品综合管控”“健全安全生产隐患排查治理体系”“深化安全生产行政审批改革”“深入推进安全生产信用体系建设”“强化安全生产监管体制机制建设”“编制安全生产责任网”等
In 2014, Shanghai was listed by the Security Committee of the State Council as one of the 8 provinces and municipalities that carried out pilot projects to comprehensively deepen reform in the field of safety in production.
