近年来,高效液相色谱仪的检测技术,特别是光学检测技术,取得了很大进展。新型光源和新型检测元件不断出现,大大降低了检测器的检测限。特别是二极管阵列技术与计算机技术的结合,使高效液相色谱的检测技术进入了一个崭新的阶段。激光荧光检测技术也取得了明显进展。随着毛细管柱和快速柱技术的发展,出现了体积仅14nl 的柱上检测器。本文仅对几种新的光学检测器作一简要介绍。
