目的探讨中等剂量糖皮质类固醇激素用于缓解带状疱疹疼痛及肿胀的临床疗效.方法选择我院收治的带状疱诊患者106例,将其平均分为研究组与对照组.对照组患者应用常规营养神经药、抗病毒药物治疗,研究组在此基础上应用中等剂量糖皮质类固醇激素治疗.结果研究组治疗的总有效率为96.23%,显著高于对照组的84.91%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);结痂时间、止疱时间、痊愈时间、水肿消退时间、疼痛消失时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);VAS分值显著低于对照组,且低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论中等剂量糖皮质类固醇激素可以有效缓解带状疱疹疼痛及肿胀症状,应用效果显著,适于临床推广. “,”Objective To investigate the moderate dose corticosteroids for remission of clinical efficacy of herpes zoster pain and swelling. Methods Choose 106 herpetic patients in our hospital patients, the average divided into study group and control group.
