本研究运用CTA、双源CT能量成像、MRI-DWI等多种影像学技术对肝泡球蚴病灶进行观察,结果显示多层螺旋CT三维血管成像能够较准确判断肝泡球蚴病灶血管受侵的严重程度,可为术前精准评价病灶的血管浸润情况提供可靠的影像学信息。双源CT能量的碘值分布可以定量评价病灶的血供情况,通过与肝泡球蚴病灶边缘区微血管密度(MVD)进行对照分析,结果表明病灶周边碘值可以很好地反映病灶MVD的分布情况,进而评价病灶的血管情况,为手术精准判定切缘提供影
