改革开放以来,我国区域经济政策开始从注重公平转向注重效率,在东部沿海地区基础好、投资效益高的情况下,实行了向东部倾斜的区域经济政策,促进了国民经济的全面高涨和新的经济增长源的形成。然而,与之相伴随的区域差距的日益显现,这违背了我国和谐发展战略。本文对我国区域发展不平衡的原因及对策进行了分析。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s regional economic policies have begun to shift from focusing on equity to focusing on efficiency.
