1病例摘要患者,女,40岁,因“心慌胸闷气喘加重2 d”入院。患者二十余天前感冒受凉后出现咳嗽,咳白色泡沫样痰,偶伴心慌胸闷气喘,但持续十余分钟后缓解。在当地诊所以“上感”予抗感染输液治疗,症状时好时坏。两天前始觉心慌胸闷气喘加重,休息亦不能缓解,夜间睡眠差,遂为进一步诊治而入院。既往有心动过速发作史,但持续几秒钟缓解,无晕厥。且近半年有多饮多食消瘦症状。
