我们教研组有公办教师二人,民办教师七人,分别教五年级十个班的数学课。九位教师中,中师毕业的二人,高中、初中毕业的各三人,初中修业的一人。平均教龄五年,最短的不到一年。这个年级的学生,先后学过“三算”教材、省编教材和统编教材,内容不能衔接,知识基础差。教师的业务水平、学生的基础与《大纲》、教材的要求,存在很大差距。为了改变这种状况,近三年来,我们从实际出发,认真开展教研活动,探索教学规律,收到了较好的效果。教研方法要多教研的方式方法多种多样,容易引起兴趣,收
