随着城市化进程不断加速,我国人民生活聚落由原先的分散式转变为现代小区管理模式。物业在小区管理中发挥组织服务作用。随着信息技术和科学技术不断发展,传统物业管理模式已经难以适应社会需求,因此需实现由传统物业向智能化物业转变,提高物业管理水平和管理效率。本文就基于“互联网+”思维下的现代智能物业技术平台的开发和优化展开研究,为后续智能物业的实现奠定基础。
With the accelerating process of urbanization, the settlement of people’s lives in our country has been transformed from the original decentralization into a modern district management mode. Property management in the district to play a role in organizational services. With the continuous development of information technology and science and technology, the traditional property management model has been difficult to adapt to the needs of society. Therefore, it is necessary to realize the transformation from the traditional property to the intelligent property and improve the property management and management efficiency. This paper studies the development and optimization of modern intelligent property technology platform under the thinking of “Internet + ”, which lays the foundation for the realization of subsequent intelligent property.
