分别采用热水提取、碱法提取、微波提取和超声提取4种方法进行蛹虫草多糖提取。以多糖提取率为指标综合比较4种提取方法,得出超声提取方法最优。通过单因素和正交试验优化超声提取条件,得到超声提取蛹虫草多糖最佳工艺参数为:超声功率511 W,超声时间40 min,超声温度50℃,料水比1:40,在此条件下进行验证试验,多糖提取率达到15.48%。
Four methods of hot water extraction, alkaline extraction, microwave extraction and ultrasonic extraction were used to extract Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide. The polysaccharide extraction rate as an index comprehensive comparison of four extraction methods, obtained ultrasonic extraction method is optimal. The optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide were ultrasonic power of 511 W, ultrasonic time of 40 min, ultrasonic temperature of 50 ℃ and water to material ratio of 1:40. Under these conditions To verify the experiment, polysaccharide extraction rate reached 15.48%.
