用于锅炉除尘的麻石除尘器排出的烟气带水,是该除尘器普遍存在的问题。烟气带水所引起的后果是:引风机叶轮和烟道受腐蚀,从而增加维修工作量和维修费;造成引风机叶轮粘灰而产生震动问题,破坏引风机的正常运转;使锅炉炉内工况恶化. 我厂的一台SHL10-16锅炉和一台SZL4.5-13锅炉,分别采用直径1600和直径1300的麻石除尘器,从1988年开始使用起就一直存在带水问题,使得每年冬季都必须更换引风机叶轮,而且烟道弯头也因腐蚀穿透,不得不进行更换。为此,我们对所用麻石除尘器进行了改造,增设了喷淋浮筒而取消其挡水檐和溢流槽(见附图),成功地解决了麻石除尘器排出烟气带水问题。经改造的麻石除尘器,取消了结构复杂的溢流槽和挡水檐各10块,从而减轻了除尘
