社会主义政治经济学是一门年轻的科学。它的内容和理论体系还有待于探讨和发展。作者认为可以学习《资本论》的体系,把社会主义生产总过程作为它的一篇,并且认为社会主义生产总过程是社会主义联合劳动采取各种具体形式以及社会主义经济在这些形式下运行的过程。文章从社会主义存在两个层次的联合劳动出发,阐明了企业中联合劳动的具体形式表现为直接生产者、工程技术和经营管理人员、企业领导者之间的分工协作关系,提出了全社会范围内联合劳动的具体形式表现为物质再生产四环节、物质生产部门和精神生产部门、生产部门和非生产部门之间的联合劳动的独特见解。最后,论述了社会主义联合劳动的总过程是社会主义国民收入创造、分配和使用的过程。以上这些也就是由蒋学模任主编、作者任副主编的《社会主义政治经济学》专著中该篇的主要观点。
Socialist political economy is a young science. Its content and theoretical system have yet to be explored and developed. The author thinks that it is possible to study the system of “capitalism” and regard the general process of socialist production as one of them, and that the overall process of socialist production is the concrete form of joint-labor in socialism and the operation of the socialist economy under these forms process. Based on the existence of two levels of joint labor in socialism, the article states that the concrete form of joint labor in an enterprise is manifested as the division of labor and cooperation between direct producers, engineers, managers, and business leaders, The specific form of intra-union labor manifests itself in the unique viewpoints of joint labor between the four aspects of material reproduction, the material production and the spiritual production, the production and the non-production sectors. Finally, it expounds the general process of socialist joint labor as the process of creating, distributing and using socialist national income. These are also the chief points of this article in the monograph of “Political Economics of Socialism”, edited by Jiang Xuemo as the editor-in-chief.
