党的十四大指出的“加快工资制度改革,逐步建立起符合企业、事业单位和机关各自特点的工资制度与正常的工资增长机制”等精神,为工资制度的改革指明了方向,特别是有关银行、保险系统工作人员工资制度办法的出台,对于搞好这次工资制度改革,理顺工资关系,克服平均主义,调动广大干部职工的积极性,具有重要的意义.对于工资问题,根据自己近十年来的实际工作经验,我谈一些想法.随着改革开放的进一步发展,我们对市场经济有了更加客观的认识,企业成了真正独立的生产经营者,成为经济活动中生产经营决策的主体,工资管理应直接服务于企业的人事政策,最终要有利于企业
