我厂生产的轴承磨床,有大量垫圈需要加工,其外径φ22,内径φ14_0~(+0.027),厚度3,垂直度要求也很高。最终磨加工内孔时,装夹定位困难,我们经过几次改进,最终设计图1示工装,加工出满意产品。工装采用端面定位,轴向压紧原理,由工装体和端盖组成,磨床三爪夹紧工装体后首先自磨工装体内孔并靠磨内端面,以保证圆柱度以及内端面与头架主轴旋转轴心垂直。将磨好平面的零件装入,即可加工内孔,这样,磨加工内孔圆柱度均在0.0015mm,孔与侧面垂直均控制在0.002mm以内,一次装夹数件,
