应用免疫组化SP法观察了bcl-2和P53蛋白在74例中枢神经系统肿瘤中的表达情况。结果表明:(1)bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率为10.8%。(2)P53蛋白在胶质瘤中均有表达,表达率不同,颅咽管瘤、垂体瘤、脑膜瘤、反应性胶质细胞增生和正常脑组织为阴性。据此本文认为:(1)bcl-2基因在脑瘤发生过程中的作用有限。(2)P53蛋白可能参与了脑胶质的发生、发展过程,且与肿瘤的组织分化程度有关。(3)bcl-2和P53两种癌蛋白表达无明显关系。
Immunohistochemical SP method was used to observe the expression of bcl-2 and P53 protein in 74 cases of central nervous system tumors. The results showed that: (1) The positive rate of bcl-2 protein was 10.8%. (2) P53 protein was expressed in glioma, the expression rate is different, craniopharyngioma, pituitary tumor, meningioma, reactive gliosis and normal brain tissue was negative. Based on this, we think: (1) The role of bcl-2 gene in the process of brain tumor is limited. (2) P53 protein may be involved in the occurrence and development of glial, which is related to the degree of tumor tissue differentiation. (3) The expression of bcl-2 and P53 had no significant correlation.
