目的:研究化香树果序的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱方法分离纯化,通过光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从化香树果序的氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为:正三十二烷(1)、熊果酸(2)、二十六烯(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、2,5,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌(6)、3,3’-二甲氧基鞣花酸(7)、鞣花酸(8)、4’-羟基异黄酮-7-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(9)、3,3’-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4’-O-β-D-木糖苷(10)、没食子酸(11)。结论:其中,化合物1、3~6、9、10为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~6、9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the fruit of Aescin. Methods: Various chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from the chloroform fraction and ethyl acetate fraction of A. officinalis: n-docosane (1), ursolic acid (2), hexacosane (3) - sitosterol (4), daucosterol (5), 2,5,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (6) (7) ellagic acid (8) 4’-hydroxyisoflavone-7-O-β-D-galactoside -β-D-xyloside (10), gallic acid (11). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1, 3 ~ 6, 9 and 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and compounds 1 ~ 6, 9 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
