当前,国家劳动法律法规对大型企业集团用工管理体制机制提出更为严格的规范要求,迫切需要企业改进劳动用工模式的顶层设计,优化用工策略。本文以劳务派遣用工和合同制用工之间的互动关系“强-弱”程度为对象,以岗位或业务的价值链关联程度为标准,构建劳务派遣用工模式选择的“强-弱”融入模型,为规范大型企业集团多元化用工方式,从根本上实现劳务派遣用工的规范化转型,提供策略选择方法和路径。
