随着我国工业化进程的不断推进,社会生产对能源的需求不断攀升。作为主要的能源矿藏,我国在煤矿开采技术方面仍需要提高。为了应对煤矿开采过程中的技术落后、安全性低的现状,基于科学采矿理念和建设数字化矿山的需求,相关研究人员加大了对无人工作面开采技术的投入,在矿山机械电气自动化、系统导航技术、煤岩识别技术等方面的研究获得了巨大的进步。本文以煤矿无人工作面开采技术为中心展开,介绍了实际开采现状和存在问题,提出了优化开采的框架和关键技术,具有一定的借鉴价值。
With the continuous advancement of our country’s industrialization, the energy demand for social production has been on the rise. As a major energy source, China still needs to improve its mining technology. In order to cope with the technical backwardness and low safety in the process of coal mining, based on scientific mining concept and the demand for building digital mine, relevant researchers have increased their investment in mining technology of unmanned mining face. In the field of mining machinery electrical automation and system Navigation technology, coal rock recognition technology and other aspects of the research has made great progress. Based on the mining technology of unmanned coal face, this paper introduces the status quo and existing problems of actual mining, puts forward the framework and key technologies for optimizing mining, and has certain reference value.
