据多数学者研究,功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术(FESS)的治愈率为76.0～97.5％。但也有一些患者行FESS后症状未改善需再次FESS。根据1990～1991年连续295例FESS,对其中43例(男16,女27;年龄12～80岁,平均42.7岁)需再次FESS的手术效果和失败原因行回顾性分析。43例术前全部行抗炎治疗1～2疗程(3～6周)无效,全部经CT检查和鼻内窥镜检查证明有病变存在。 症状和体征:面痛40例(93.0％),鼻后孔流脓28
According to most scholars, the cure rate of functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) is 76.0-97.5%. However, there are some patients who need FESS after their symptoms have not improved after FESS. According to the continuous FESS from 1990 to 1991, 43 cases (male 16, female 27; aged 12 to 80 years, average 42.7 years old) were retrospectively analyzed on the surgical results and the causes of failure.
