前些年,下海是一种冒险的时尚,下海就预示着发达和辉煌;近两年,下岗成了一种无奈的潮流,下岗就宣判了你的潦倒和无望。同是脱离了原来的集体,失去了遮风挡雨的保护伞,为什么人们的心态会有如此巨大的差异?下海是一种主动的行为,在决定下海之前就已经做好了充分的心理准备;而下岗则是被动使然,是在意料之中或之外等来的无可奈何的结局。主动与被动带来了不同的心境,也创造了不同的未来。我们是不是可以把“下岗”当成“下海”,摆脱无奈与绝望的情绪阴影,唤醒自身积极主动的创造热情?这样,下岗就不再是人生的一个灾难,而是一次机遇了。我们编发了几位下岗人的创业故事,从他们的成功中,你能感受到“下岗”与“下海”有什么不同呢?
A few years ago, the sea is an adventure of fashion, the sea indicates the developed and brilliant; the past two years, laid-off has become a helpless trend, layoffs sentenced your down and hopeless. The same is out of the original collective, lost shelter umbrella, why people’s mind will have such a huge difference? The sea is a proactive behavior, before the decision of the sea have been made full of psychological preparation; and Laid-off is passive, is unexpected or beyond the helpless ending. Active and passive brought a different mood, but also created a different future. Is it possible for us to take “laid-offs” as “going down the sea” and get rid of the emotional shadow of helplessness and hopelessness so as to arouse our enthusiasm for proactive initiatives so that laid-off workers are no longer a catastrophe in life, but an opportunity?
