走进学生心灵,学会倾听学生的心声,对出现问题的学生进行及时的心理沟通和疏导,掌握与学生沟通的方法与艺术技巧,这对于班级教学工作有着意义非凡的重要性。基于这一目的,探讨了教师与学生进行沟通的方法与技巧,并以此来走进学生心灵,建立和谐的师生关系,提高教学质量。
Into the students mind, learn to listen to the voices of students, students in a timely manner to communicate and ease the psychological problems, to master the methods of communication and student skills and artistic skills, which is of great significance for the teaching of the class.
