高职教育是高等教育的组成部分,教师专业发展是高职教育改革成功与否的关键。随着社会经济的发展,教学改革不断进行,公共英语教师专业化发展是趋势。高职教育是高等教育的组成部分,实践性和职业化尤为突出;英语作为世界范围内实用语言之一,适应高职教育教学发展那是必然的。高职教师的专业素质关系到教学的质量,因此要求高职公共英语教师不但具有专业知识和教学技能,还要结合人才培养目标和学生未来职业需求来彰显专业
Higher vocational education is an integral part of higher education. Teacher professional development is the key to the success of higher vocational education reform. With the development of social economy and teaching reform, the professional development of public English teachers is the trend. Higher vocational education is an integral part of higher education, practicality and professionalism is particularly prominent; English as one of the practical language in the world, it is inevitable to adapt to the teaching of higher vocational education. The professional quality of higher vocational teachers is related to the quality of teaching. Therefore, it is required for higher vocational public English teachers not only to have professional knowledge and teaching skills, but also to demonstrate professionalism in accordance with the objectives of personnel training and the future professional needs of students
