成人高校教育管理只有坚持不断创新,才能适应时代的要求。我国成人高校管理存在着忽视人的主体地位,教学管理水平和效率低,教师教学手段落后,教育管理手段比较僵化,对学生管理缺乏应有的重视等问题。成人高等教育管理要创新,具体对策是:确立以人为本的教育管理理念,积极探索和建立高效能的教育管理模式,更新教育管理手段,重视系统管理,强化成人高等教育体制改革,狠抓教学质量监控,强化教学管理,提高管理水平和效率。
