一名贪官因受贿罪被绳之以法,对应着多少名行贿人?因受贿近3000万元被判处无期徒刑的河南省烟草专卖局前局长郑建民一案的判决书给出的答案是:130多人。2014年3月17日,河南省安阳市中级人民法院首次披露河南省烟草系统腐败窝案以及判处罪犯数据。这起腐败窝案的导火索正是源于郑建民的落马。据相关刑事判决书显示,郑建民被指控犯有近130项受贿事实,给郑建民行贿的人全部来自河南省烟草系统。郑建民在收钱后,主要为这些行贿者在职务晋升、安排子女就业以及经营业务上提供帮助。如今,相对于郑建民被法院判处无期徒刑,该腐败窝案中涉及的130多名行贿者基本上都在担任原职务,没有受到党纪、政纪处分和司法追究。
