教学团队是以学生为服务对象,目的是为了提升教学质量,并且将教学作为改革的主要方法,不断提升学校办学的质量的专业团队。从教经验丰富、专业水平较高的师资力量是确保课程教学质量的关键因素。本文分析了高职院校汽车电子技术专业的教学团队的发展中所存在的几个问题,并从师资队伍的建设与团队管理等多个方面提出了解决对策,以期能够为高职院校汽车电子技术专业团队专业能力的发展起到一定的促进作用。
