患者男性，22岁。因间歇性腹痛伴镜下血尿二年，加重15天。于1991年11月7日入院。体检：T37.2℃，P64次／分，R16欢／分，BP13／6kPa。左锁骨上淋巴结未触及。心肺听诊正常。腹平软，肝脾未及，左肾下极可及并有触痛，表面光滑，质中，活动度小。实验室检查：血常规及肝肾功能
Male patient, 22 years old. Due to intermittent abdominal pain with microscopic hematuria two years, increased 15 days. On November 7, 1991 admitted. Physical examination: T37.2 ℃, P64 times / min, R16 Huan / min, BP13 / 6kPa. Left supraclavicular lymph nodes not touched. Cardiopulmonary auscultation normal. Abdomen soft, liver and spleen not yet, under the left subrenal and tenderness, smooth surface, quality, activity is small. Laboratory tests: blood and liver and kidney function
