我国实施棉改政策已经5年多了,而国内棉价一直处在剧烈波动之中。为什么市场自发地供求调节没有实现国内棉花价格的稳定运行?答案有很多,本文认为这主要归根于我国棉花流通体制问题。
China has implemented cotton reform policy for more than five years, while the domestic cotton price has been in volatile. Why the spontaneous market supply and demand adjustment did not achieve the stable operation of the domestic cotton prices? There are many answers, this paper believes that this is mainly due to China’s cotton circulation system.
