目的:了解某高校教职工的死因分布,为高校预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法:对2006-2008年某高校教职工死亡原因进行调查分析。结果:该校教职工的年均死亡率为522.60/10万,2006-2008年逐年上升,增长率为49.47%。死因顺位依次为心血管疾病(36.3%),恶性肿瘤(34.3%)和脑血管疾病(11.3%)。肺癌是恶性肿瘤中居第1位的死因。结论:慢性非传染性疾病仍然是危害该校教职工健康的主要疾病,预防控制心脑血管疾病和恶性肿瘤应作为高校教职工医疗保健的重点。
Objective: To understand the distribution of death causes of faculty and staff in a university and to provide a scientific basis for preventive health care in colleges and universities. Methods: The cause of death of faculty and staff in a university from 2006 to 2008 was investigated. Results: The average annual death rate of teachers and staff of this school was 522.60 / 100,000, increasing year by year from 2006 to 2008, with a growth rate of 49.47%. The order of cause of death was cardiovascular disease (36.3%), malignant tumor (34.3%) and cerebrovascular disease (11.3%). Lung cancer is the No. 1 cause of death in cancer. CONCLUSIONS: Chronic non-communicable diseases remain the major diseases that endanger the health of faculty and staff. Prevention and control of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumors should be the focus of care for university faculty and staff.
