目的:分析药剂科药物经济学研究中存在的问题,并提出改进建议。方法:查阅药学工作者公开发表的药物经济学研究文献,分析现阶段药剂科所开展的药物经济学研究中存在的问题,提出提高药剂科药物经济学研究水平的建议。结果:药剂科现阶段药物经济学研究中存在的主要问题有研究的广度和深度不够、药师理论知识欠缺、研究难以产生实效、缺乏多中心合作研究等。为了提高药剂科药物经济学研究水平,应加强医疗机构和高校、多家医疗机构间的合作,同时药剂科应加强院内宣传,促进药物经济学研究结论发挥实效。结论:通过加强理论知识学习,扩大多机构合作,药剂科的药物经济学研究水平必将会有很大提升。
Objective: To analyze the existing problems in pharmacy pharmacy economics and to put forward suggestions for improvement. Methods: To review the literature published by pharmacologists in pharmacoeconomics and to analyze the existing problems in the study of pharmacoeconomics carried out by the pharmacy department at the present stage, and to put forward suggestions on how to improve the research level of pharmaceutical pharmacoeconomics. Results: The major problems in pharmacoeconomics at the current stage of pharmacy include inadequate breadth and depth of research, lack of theoretical knowledge of pharmacists, difficulty in producing research results, and lack of multi-center collaborative research. In order to improve the level of pharmacoeconomics in pharmacy, we should strengthen the cooperation between medical institutes, universities and medical institutions, and at the same time, pharmacy should strengthen hospital publicity and promote the conclusion of pharmacoeconomics research. Conclusion: By strengthening theoretical knowledge and expanding multi-agency cooperation, the level of pharmacoeconomic research in pharmacy will surely be greatly improved.
