本实验用27只日本大耳白家兔通过饲喂胆固醇的方法,诱发动物发生心脏冠状动脉粥样硬化。实验分三组,11只为重病变组,饲喂17周胆固醇1g/天;10只为轻病变组,饲喂13周胆固醇1g/天;6只为对照组,喂基础饲料。实验结束时,所有动物均静注大剂量肾上腺素(50μg/kg),重病变组出现了复杂性室性早搏。三组动物的病变积分值与室性早搏Lown氏级分值呈正相关关系。重病变组猝死率高于轻病变组。本实验表明,在体内儿茶酚胺增多时,冠状动脉病变程度越重其猝死率越高。 In this experiment, 27 Japanese white rabbits were fed with cholesterol to induce cardiac coronary atherosclerosis in animals.
