复杂、多变、多样性是当今时代的新特征。本文基于编制石狮市经济社会发展“十二五”规划过程中的感受,认识到综合实力涉及到人们活动的各个方面,必然受到社会制度、经济体制和生态环境的影响,是一个多目标、多层次的具有不确定性、不断演化的混沌动力学系统(以下简称“系统”),有序与无序同时存在。为增强综合实力促进经济社会较快、有序、可持续发展,站在复杂性科学的高度,以21世纪的科学素质和复杂性范式的视野接受秩序和结构产生于混沌边缘的观点,论述推进混沌边缘是石狮市增强综合实力的有效路径。
Complex, changeable, diversity is a new feature of today’s time.
