并购是现代企业成长的主要方式。并购中的文化差异,不仅会引发文化冲突,也潜藏着文化协同与创新发展的优势和机遇。我国企业并购是在企业改革和社会转型过程中进行的,承担着建构企业自身文化、整合竞争能力和实现中国企业文化现代转型的使命。在对并购目标进行选择时应充分考虑文化协同的可能性,一旦做出并购决策,便应抓住文化生长的契机,从深层次上进行文化整合与提升,通过综合创新,从根本上改革和优化并购企业。
Mergers and acquisitions is the main way of modern enterprise growth.
