我国正在进行社会主义四个现代化的建设。要搞四个现代化建设,必须进行一系列的改革,没有改革,就不能实现四个现代化。各行各业都有改革的任务,都要破除陈旧的、妨碍我们前进的老框框、老套套,都要研究新情况,解决新问题,只有改革的侧重点不同,没有要不要改革的问题。 为使我国高等林业教育更好地适应新时期国民经济发展的新情况,更好地促进林业科学技术的发展和我国林业现代化的建设,也必须进行必要的改革;否则,就不可能开创林业教育的新局面,就不可能实现林业现代化。
