目的:评估普拉洛芬滴眼剂在减轻激光虹膜切开术(LPI)术后炎症反应中的疗效及其不良反应。方法:80例(80眼)临床前期或早期闭角型青光眼患者行LPI,术后随机分为治疗组和对照组,试验组40例(40眼),选用0.1%普南扑灵滴眼剂点眼,对照组40例(40眼),选用0.1%氟米龙滴眼剂点眼。观察指标为眼部畏光、异物感、流泪、疼痛、眼肿等症状及充血、角膜上皮完整性、前房闪辉、前房浮游体等体征,以各项指标的综合评分评价其疗效。结果:治疗组在术后第1,3,7天综合评分与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:普拉洛芬滴眼剂点眼能显著地减轻激光虹膜切开术术后的炎症反应。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of pranoprofen eye drops in reducing postoperative inflammatory response after laser iridotomy (LPI). Methods: Eighty patients (80 eyes) with pre-clinical or early angle-closure glaucoma underwent LPI and were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) Point eye, the control group of 40 patients (40 eyes), the choice of 0.1% fluorometholone eye drops. The observation indicators were photophobia, foreign body sensation, tearing, pain, eye swelling and other symptoms and congestion, corneal epithelial integrity, anterior chamber glints, anterior chamber floats and other signs, to evaluate the comprehensive evaluation of the indicators of its efficacy. Results: There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day after operation (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Pranoprofen eye drops can significantly reduce the inflammatory response after laser iridotomy.
