电机的导磁体为0.5mm厚的软磁合金片组装而成。叠片时,片间常用漆或胶粘接。因而在导磁体内产生内应力,使其磁损增加。并且,这样粘接的叠片机械强度低,增加了电机运行时分层的可能性。苏联目前在研究采用不同的片间绝缘材料,用扩散焊的方法将电工钢片装配成叠片的工艺,以改善电机的运行特性。
The magnet of the motor is assembled from 0.5mm thick soft magnetic alloy. Lamination, commonly used between the pieces of paint or adhesive bonding. As a result, internal stress is generated in the permeable magnet, so that the magnetic loss increases. Also, the laminations so bonded have low mechanical strength, increasing the likelihood of stratification during motor operation. The Soviet Union is currently studying the use of different pieces of insulating material, using diffusion bonding method of assembling electrical steel sheet into a laminated process to improve the operating characteristics of the motor.
