离心铸管机铸型因频繁使用,涂料在高温下烧结在铸型内壁上,形成较坚硬的硬壳,同时还存在部分冷凝金属残留物。它们使得加工成型的铸管表面较粗糙,铸型内壁久之产生龟裂,影响铸管质量,缩短了铸型的使用寿命,故需要对铸型内壁进行清理。通常采用气吹并用较硬物铲除硬结。此法存在以下缺点:①内壁清理不净;②内壁产生划痕;③费时。为此天水铸造机械总厂研制出一种铸型内壁清理的专用机构,其结构简图如下。
