y58型插齿机,标准行程为200毫米。而我厂一台同型号机床,由于设计方面的先天不足,行程只达到150毫米。经解体检查,发现主要原因在于往复行程机构中,丝杆的丝母与曲柄相碰。为了使播齿机行程达到200毫米,往复行程机构必须保证丝杆和曲柄中心线摆动交角β为30°(见图1)。据此,我们进行了如下修复工作:曲柄按图2所示进行加工;丝母主要是减小外圆,缩短长度,并增加套2。对机床外壳板可根据往复行程机构摆动轨迹
