《城市居住区规划设计规范》 (GB50 1 80 -93 )实施至今已经 6年了 ,它在指导我国居住区和小区规划设计方面起到了积极和重要的作用。在这 6年的时间里 ,我国的总体经济实力和城市居民的生活水平不断提高 ,市场经济体制正在逐步完善 ,原《规范》中的部分内容已经不能适应新形势发展的需要。对此 ,建设部已组织力量开始对该《规范》进行修编。配合此项工作 ,我刊将借《笔谈会》栏目针对如何修改该《规范》的问题进行学术交流。
It has been 6 years since the implementation of “Planning and Design of Urban Residential Areas” (GB50 1 80-93), and it has played an active and important role in guiding the planning and design of residential areas and communities in China. During these six years, the overall economic strength of our country and the living standards of urban residents have been continuously improved. The market economy system is gradually being improved. Some of the original “norms” can no longer meet the needs of the new situation. In this regard, the Ministry of Construction has organized forces to begin the revision of the “norms.” In line with this work, I will use the “Colloquium” column on how to amend the “norms” for academic exchanges.
