我们过去是在单臂龙门刨上加工水暖片的。水暖片一共有5个位置不同的平面需要加工,在同一平面上的几个加工面距离有的很远,因此须经多次装夹,行程长,生产率低(8小时仅能加工6~7件)。后来改用积木块组合机床(把3台带铣刀头的组合机床和工件按位置要求安放在平台上)加工,由于3个立铣头同时加工,减少装夹次数,并在不加工区域内用快速走刀使辅助工时缩短,所以大大地提高了生产率(8小时加工30多件),保证了任务的完成。具体的加工情况如附图所示。
