德宏师范高等专科学校立足高职电力类专业人才培养模式的创新研究与实践,结合云南边疆地区的实际情况,从水电行业对人才素质的要求出发,以培养电力行业所需的高素质应用型人才为目标,结合本校电力专业人才培养的实际情况,构建了“一体两翼,两合作,一结合”的“1221”人才培养创新模式。德宏师范高等专科学校从宏观、中观、微观三个层面对电力类人才的培养创新模式进行了探索、改革与实践,取得了良好的效果。
