郝建恒教授是著名中俄关系史专家、俄罗斯学家、翻译家。１９９６年他在俄罗斯科学院远东研究所为他举行的颁发荣誉博士证书的仪式上做了关于中俄关系研究史的学术报告（俄文稿载于莫斯科出版的《远东问题》１９９６年第４期，中文稿载于《改革与发展》１９９７年第２期），报告中提到了１９８６年他在大连中俄关系史学术讨论会上宣读的一篇论文，受到与会者的好评；十年来的实践证明他当时提出的建议和见解是正确的、及时的、难能可贵的，到现在仍具有现实意义，本刊特予重新发表，以飨读者
Professor Hao Jianheng is a famous historian of Sino-Russian relations, a Russian scholar and translator. In 1996, he gave an academic report on the history of Sino-Russian relations in his ceremony of honorary doctoral certificate held by Far East Institute of Russian Academy of Science (Russian version is published in Moscow, Issue 4, 1996, No. 4 In the article “Reform and Development”, No. 2, 1997), the report mentioned a paper he had read at the 1986 Symposium on the History of Sino-Russian Relations in Dalian, which was praised by participants; his practice over the past decade proved that he The suggestions and opinions made at that time were correct, timely and commendable, and are still of practical significance to this day.
