本文利用家兔复制输精管结扎动物模型,应用放免分析的方法检测了结扎后血浆睾酮和皮质醇含量的动态变化,结果发现结扎术后6月,血浆睾酮含量显著降低(P<0.05),同时血浆皮质醇含量明显升高(P<0.05),结扎后12月,18月,25月血浆睾酮和血浆皮质醇含量与对照组比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。相关分析表明血浆睾酮与血浆皮质醇呈明显的负相关关系(P<0.001)。现已有报道认为:血浆睾酮很可能通过海马AR的介导参与对血浆皮质醇的调节。为此,本文应用放射配体结合法检测了结扎后海马中雄激素受体(AR)的含量,发现结扎后6月,海马中AR含量明显增高(P<0.01),结扎后25月,海马中AR含量与假手术组无明显差异(P>0.05)。
In this paper, rabbit vas deferens ligature animal models were used to detect the dynamic changes of plasma testosterone and cortisol levels after ligation by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the plasma testosterone levels were significantly decreased at 6 months after ligation (P <0.05) At the same time, plasma cortisol levels were significantly increased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma testosterone and plasma cortisol levels between December and December at 25th month after ligation (P> 0.05). Correlation analysis showed a significant negative correlation between plasma testosterone and plasma cortisol (P <0.001). It has been reported that: plasma testosterone may be involved in the regulation of plasma cortisol by the AR of the hippocampus. Therefore, we detected the level of androgen receptor (AR) in the hippocampus by radioligand binding assay and found that the level of AR in hippocampus was significantly increased at 6 months after ligation (P <0.01), and at 25 months after ligation The level of AR in hippocampus was not significantly different from that in sham operation group (P> 0.05).
